Service Guarantee

•    All repairs are guaranteed for a period of six months against faulty workmanship or materials
•    The guarantee is limited to the replacement of parts used and the correction of service or timing issues. It Does Not cover parts not replaced, damage to the crystal, crown, case or bracelet.
•    The warranty is null and void when there is evidence of neglect, miss-use or rust

Sales Warranty Policy

•    Your watch is guaranteed against defects in material & workmanship for one to three years from the date of purchase
•    Please ensure that the guarantee details on the back of the guarantee booklet supplied with the watch are completed and retain a proof of purchase

Tips to maintain your watch

•    Nothing lasts forever, but with a little care & precaution, your watch can positively last longer
•    Do not operate any of the buttons when your watch is wet or in water
•    If your watch is marked 30M water resistant, you may wear it while washing your hands & bathing but avoid exposing it to rain while riding a two wheeler
•    Do not wear the watch while bathing in hot water, hot water can damage your watch
•    If your watch is marked 50M water resistant, it is also suitable for swimming or bathing. Do not use while scuba diving
•    Do not open your watch and try to repair on your own. A qualified watch repair specialist should only remove the case at the back of the watch
•    After use in salt water or contact with sand or mud rinse in fresh water and then dry the watch with a soft cloth
•    Do not change the date / day between 22.00 to 02.00 hrs
•    Wiping your watch and strap with a soft cloth 2-3 times a week will keep dirt and sweat stains away and ensure your watch looks new for years
•    Change the battery every 2 years. Use a genuine battery only
•    When the battery runs out please change as soon as possible
•    Do not leave the watch in stopped condition for too long
•    Prolonged storage with a dead battery can lead to leakage, this cause serious damage to the watch
•    If you notice clouding or misting of the glass of your watch take it to a service center and get it rectified
